Family Nurse Practitioner

Seeking a dedicated Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team, focusing primarily on Pain Management with secondary primary care responsibilities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop patient care plans
• Manage chronic conditions such as pain, diabetes, and hypertension
• Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing, current FNP certification, state licensure, and experience in pain management and EHR systems.
  
  

This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment, with pay starting at $70/hour, potential bonuses, and overtime pay. Autonomy is preferred but not required. Relocation to Lebanon, VA is necessary before starting. Hours and days are flexible, and benefits are not currently offered.
