What You’ll Do:
Provide full-scope primary care (assessment, diagnosis, treatment, follow-up)
Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan
Prescribe medications and order/interpret labs and imaging
Collaborate with physicians and care teams in a team-based model
Support preventive care (screenings, immunizations, patient education)
Refer patients to specialty care when needed
What Your Day Looks Like:
Work alongside a supportive clinical team
Focus on patient care—not just volume
Use an EHR for documentation and care coordination
Participate in shared after-hours or call coverage (rotated)
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Nurse Practitioner in Virginia
Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Experience in primary care, community health, or similar setting preferred
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
