What are the responsibilities and job description for the Payroll Specialist / HR Generalist / HR Administrator position at Virginia National Bank?
Incumbent will provide administrative support across all facets of human resources to include payroll processing, employee onboarding, benefits administration, HR compliance, etc. BS or equivalent preferred but not required; excellent administrative, time management, and people interaction skills required; hands-on experience in an HR department strongly preferred; excellent written and verbal communication skills required; strong Office Suite - WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio skills required.

Target annualized compensation $65,000 to $85,000 based upon qualifications and applicable experience.
