What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Banker position at Virginia National Bank?
PROJECTED HIRING SALARY RANGE: $110,000-$140,000 per year
Primarily responsible for sourcing and developing new business banking relationships, for further enhancing and solidifying existing banking relationships, and for referring business opportunities to other lines-of-business within the organization.
Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of relevant business development experience preferred; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with prospective or current customers (and employees) with varying levels or degrees of “sophistication”.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
