The Manager collaborates on policies for delinquent loan mitigation, ensuring alignment with Virginia Housing's strategic goals, and is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for the multi-billion-dollar rental servicing portfolio.

To be successful in this role you must possess :
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/technical experience is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in loan servicing is preferred.
- The ideal candidate should have several years of management experience in mid-level commercial mortgage loan servicing, finance, or commercial real estate.
- Experience with affordable housing programs, federal subsidy programs, and/or commercial real estate lending is also preferred.
- Previous management experience is highly desired.
