This important role will provide support to the Human Resources Division for benefits administration including, but not limited to, Medical/Dental/Vision benefits, retirement benefits, disability leave, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation.

To Be Successful In This Role You Must Possess
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience as well as a few years’ experience in Benefits Administration
- An understanding of benefits plans and coverages, benefit eligibility rules, compliance requirements and reporting
- Strong experience and proven skillset using Excel
- Ability to perform benefit claims reconciliation
- Understanding short-term disability and long-term disability leaves; understand FMLA compliance and administration
- Ability to analyze reports and identify data discrepancies
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
