Key Responsibilities
Review and verify the contents of each order against packing lists, order documentation, and customer requirements.
Inspect incoming and outgoing items for damage, defects, and compliance with quality standards.
Confirm quantities match shipping documents; report and document discrepancies.
Perform quality checks on packaging, labeling, and presentation to ensure compliance with client and company standards.
Complete and maintain accurate inspection records, checklists, and reports.
Collaborate with line leads, team leads, and fulfillment staff to ensure smooth order flow and efficient processing.
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding inspection results, issues, or corrective actions.
Assist with inventory management, including cycle counts, reconciliation, and proper stock organization.
Support proper organization, handling, and storage of items to facilitate safe and efficient fulfillment operations.
Adhere to all warehouse safety guidelines, company procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Uphold clean, organized, and safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not have direct reports.
Position Requirements
Experience in distribution, small pack, logistics, or a related fulfillment environment preferred.
Familiarity with quality control standards, inspection techniques, and measurement tools.
Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail for verifying, recording, and identifying discrepancies.
Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in a team environment.
Capable of working efficiently under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Basic proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Safety-conscious with knowledge of proper handling and storage procedures.
Understanding Of OSHA Requirements And Other Safety Best Practices.
Desire to learn and grow in fulfillment operations.
