- Keep the cabin running smoothly – Stay observant and report any issues to the Pilot in Command, while keeping all company paperwork accurate and up to date.
- Welcome passengers like guests in your home – Assist with luggage, help with carry-ons, and create a relaxed, personalized atmosphere from the very first step onboard.
- Deliver hospitality that feels effortless – Handle beverage and catering service with polish and poise, anticipating special requests before a client even asks.
- Be a calming presence – Whether facing weather delays or mid-flight turbulence, your confidence and composure will reassure everyone onboard.
- Maintain a pristine cabin – You take pride in keeping every surface, corner, and detail looking its absolute best.
You must live within two hours of one of the following airports:
- New York area: JFK, LaGuardia, Newark
- Boston, Philadelphia, Washington DC: Logan, Philadelphia International, Dulles, BWI
- Southeast: Raleigh–Durham, Charlotte, Atlanta, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville
- Midwest: Chicago O'Hare, Detroit Metro, Minneapolis–Saint Paul, Indianapolis, St. Louis Lambert, Kansas City International, Nashville
- Texas: Dallas/Fort Worth, Austin–Bergstrom, George Bush Intercontinental (Houston)
- Plus: Denver International
