Clay Lacy is on the lookout for a dedicated and highly committed Cabin Attendant for a Global 7500, based in Van Nuys, CA (KVNY). Candidates must reside within a two-hour drivable commute to the aircraft’s base. This is a unique opportunity to deliver exceptional service while strictly adhering to safety protocols, ensuring a seamless and legendary experience for Clay Lacy’s clientele. The role includes managing all aspects of cabin service, maintaining inventory, and preparing the cabin to meet the specific preferences of the aircraft owner.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cabin Attendant, you will ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and protocols while providing exceptional service to passengers. You will learn and maintain detailed knowledge of the owner's food preferences, needs, allergies, and other personalized requests while regularly updating passenger profiles and maintaining accurate aircraft inventory records. The role includes organizing and maintaining owner lockers, cages, and office spaces, ensuring all aircraft bedding, cabin supplies, and equipment are accounted for and well-maintained. You will conduct routine inventory checks to ensure quality, consistency, and readiness of all cabin supplies. Preparing the aircraft with necessary amenities, catering, and special requests, ensuring the cabin is spotless and all items are current and in place before each flight is essential. Responsibilities also include sourcing, shopping for, and stocking the aircraft with the owner’s requests and preferred items, rotating supplies, and replacing items as needed. You will proactively identify and address any issues related to the aircraft’s cabin wear and tear, coordinating with the Pilot in Command (PIC) or the appropriate department. Safely offloading and onloading aircraft items during regular maintenance events or as required is part of the role. Setting up the aircraft for showings to potential charter clients, ensuring it meets the highest standards, and maintaining a flexible schedule to accommodate the owner’s schedule, adjusting to changes in flight schedules as necessary, are required. Continuous communication with In-Flight Services management to ensure smooth operations and support is expected, along with performing other duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements
The successful candidate must have 3 years of Part 91 and/or Part 135 large cabin private or corporate jet experience and must reside within a two-hour drivable commute from where the aircraft is based, as this is not a commutable position. A valid driver’s license, Food Handler Certification, and passport are required. Candidates must have completed emergency training at an approved facility within the past 12 months, including CPR and First Aid. Pre-employment background drug screening and CLA Indoctrination training are mandatory. The role requires flexibility to work varying hours, weekends, and holidays, as well as availability to be on-call unless on a scheduled day off.
