• Anticipate and Act: You'll consistently stay one step ahead of guests' needs, addressing requests before they're even spoken. This proactive approach to service is what sets our team apart.

Who You Are: Experience, Poise, and Perspective

We're looking for a seasoned professional who brings a rare combination of executive-level polish and hands-on aviation experience. The ideal candidate will live within a 1-2 hour drive of Van Nuys for operational efficiency and present themselves with impeccable professionalism and a worldly outlook.

Required Qualifications

• A college degree is highly desirable but not mandatory for the right candidate.
• A minimum of five years of experience as a Corporate Cabin Attendant.
• A mix of Part 135 and Part 91 flight experience, or alternatively, 5–10 years of high-level executive assistant experience in a demanding environment.
• Deep knowledge of high-end food and beverage service—from plating techniques and display aesthetics to understanding wine pairings and VVIP preferences.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• A resourceful, innovative problem-solver who stays organized and manages time effectively.
• An intuitive, client-first mindset with outstanding interpersonal skills.
