- Making safety your number one priority—checking that every piece of equipment works and knowing emergency procedures inside and out
- Greeting each passenger as they board, helping with seat assignments, and finding space for carry-on bags
- Demonstrating safety equipment and emergency procedures with clarity and confidence
- Preparing and serving meals, and beverages with genuine warmth
- Handling onboard sales—meals, movies, and more—using a mobile device
- Staying calm and helpful when things go sideways, from medical emergencies to tense passenger situations
- Answering questions about flights and offering tips about destinations
- Jumping in on other duties as they come up—because every flight is different

What You Bring to the Role?
Not everyone is cut out for life in the skies. Here's what we require from our crew members:
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- A minimum of two years of experience in customer or community service
- An uncompromising commitment to safety—this is non-negotiable
- Willingness to follow our grooming, uniform, and appearance standards
- Your body size must fit within specific aircraft dimensions—this includes the jump seat, harness (without modification), cabin aisle, and emergency exits
- You must be able to physically perform all flight attendant duties (we'll assess this)
- You need to attend four weeks of paid training in Portland, Oregon
- You must be willing and able to relocate to any of our flight attendant bases: Seattle, WA; Portland, OR; Medford, OR; Boise, ID; Spokane, WA; Anchorage, AK; or Everett, WA
- Basic computer skills and comfort with technology are expected
- Flexibility with schedules is essential—you'll work nights, weekends, and holidays
- You must be willing to travel extensively
- You need the adaptability to handle a variety of duties while performing effectively under stress

- No visible tattoos on the face, front of neck, or chest
- One tattoo the size of a quarter or smaller is allowed per hand
- Tattoos elsewhere cannot be larger than a credit card or be offensive
- You may have one tattoo per arm, leg, foot, back of neck, or behind each ear
- Tattoos on the back of neck or behind ears are only permitted if they're not visible when looking directly at a person
- Tattoos may only be covered with a uniform piece or approved jewelry/watch—makeup is not allowed
