Air Duct Cleaning Technician - Paid Training + Company Vehicle (HVAC)

We are a growing Boise-based air duct cleaning company seeking a reliable, mechanically inclined technician with experience in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades.

This is a hands-on field position working inside residential homes performing air duct and dryer vent cleaning. We are looking for someone who is comfortable using tools, working in tight mechanical spaces, and completing jobs efficiently and correctly.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants steady work, consistent pay, and the ability to grow with a company.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform air duct and dryer vent cleaning in residential homes
• Operate power tools, vacuum systems, and cleaning equipment
• Work in attics, crawlspaces, and confined mechanical areas
• Use ladders and safely access elevated spaces
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
• Maintain company equipment and vehicle
• Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:

• Prior HVAC, construction, mechanical, or skilled trades experience preferred
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools (drills, drivers, etc.)
• Ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces
• Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in the field and solve problems on-site
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must maintain a clean, professional appearance and good hygiene while working inside customer homes
