You must also demonstrate the physical ability to perform all required duties and meet our grooming, uniform, and appearance standards.

- Running through pre-flight safety checks to ensure all equipment is in working order
- Greeting passengers warmly, helping with seating and carry-on stowage
- Clearly explaining safety equipment and emergency procedures
- Preparing and serving meals and beverages with a genuine, approachable manner
- Using a mobile device to process onboard sales for meals, movies, and more
- Calmly managing passenger concerns or medical situations during flight
- Answering destination questions and offering helpful travel insights
- Stepping into other duties as needed—because teamwork keeps us soaring

Here Are The Essentials You'll Need To Qualify
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 21 years old
- Authorized to work in the United States
- A valid passport with unrestricted access in and out of the U.S. and Canada
- Strong English communication skills
- Willingness to relocate to any of our flight attendant bases (Seattle, Portland, Medford, Boise, Spokane, Anchorage, or Everett)
- Flexibility to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfort with basic technology and mobile devices
- Ability to attend four weeks of paid training in Portland, OR

Our Tattoo Policy Is Specific But Fair
- No visible tattoos on the face, front of neck, or chest
- One tattoo the size of a quarter or smaller allowed per hand
- Tattoos in other areas (arms, legs, feet, back of neck, behind ears) cannot be larger than a credit card or offensive
- Tattoos behind the ears or on the back of the neck are only permitted if not visible when looking directly at a person
- Tattoos may only be covered with a uniform piece or approved jewelry—makeup is not allowed
