As we build our presence in Arizona, we’re seeking an experienced professional to support our launch and ensure regulatory compliance — all while working remotely.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a PRN Case Manager or Administrative Assistant with strong experience in medical home care and deep knowledge of Arizona state and federal home care regulations. This remote, project-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys startup environments and is excited to help shape operational success from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with launching and managing Arizona-based home care operations
- Develop and maintain regulatory-compliant policies and procedures (Arizona DES/HCBS)
- Support licensing applications and prepare for audits or surveys
- Coordinate client intake, care plans, and caregiver assignments
- Set up documentation and scheduling systems
- Help onboard caregivers and establish internal compliance processes
- Provide administrative and strategic support throughout the startup phase
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in medical home care or home and community-based services (HCBS)
- Thorough knowledge of Arizona home care regulations and licensing requirements
- Startup or agency setup experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment on a PRN basis
Compensation:
- $500 per project/engagement (Flat Rate)
