About Us:

Violet Residential Service Agency, LLC is a medical home health agency headquartered in Maryland, expanding into the Arizona market. We specialize in providing compassionate, person-centered in-home care to seniors and individuals with disabilities. As we launch operations in Arizona, we are seeking a self-driven and experienced professional to help us build and manage operations while ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Position Overview:

The Operations & Compliance Manager will play a key leadership role in setting up and overseeing day-to-day operations in Arizona. This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with a strong background in Arizona HCBS regulations, agency licensing, staff coordination, and non-medical home care program implementation.

This is a remote, part-time or PRN opportunity with the potential to transition into a full-time leadership role as operations scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the startup and licensing process with Arizona Department of Economic Security (DES) / HCBS
  • Create and implement policies, procedures, and documentation systems aligned with Arizona regulations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for regulatory compliance, audits, and inspections
  • Oversee client intake, service planning, and quality assurance
  • Support caregiver onboarding and training to meet state requirements
  • Build efficient operational workflows and systems for scheduling, reporting, and file management
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance and proper handling of sensitive client data
  • Collaborate with leadership on agency growth strategy and community engagement in Arizona

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Public Health, or related field)
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in home care operations or compliance management
  • Strong knowledge of Arizona HCBS and medical home care regulations
  • Demonstrated success in licensing or startup of a home care agency
  • Experience with caregiver coordination, client service plans, and case management
  • Highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive in remote environments
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Compensation:

  • $500–$800 per project/engagement, depending on scope
  • Potential for retainer or full-time role as the Arizona location grows
  • Remote position with flexible hours
  • Opportunity to become a long-term leader in the agency’s Arizona operations
