Position Summary (Purpose):
The Assistant Med Spa Manager supports the Spa Manager in driving V/O Med Spa’s mission of exceptional guest experiences and industry‑leading treatments. You’ll help foster a collaborative, high‑energy team environment—mentoring staff and nurturing future leaders—while ensuring operational excellence and contributing to revenue and service goals.
Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Service: Deliver and uphold V/O Med Spa’s standards for VIP-level service and client satisfaction.
Sales & Revenue Support: Assist in achieving monthly goals for retail, services, and treatment sales.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example: coach, motivate, and inspire your team; identify and cultivate emerging leaders within the spa.
Staff Management & Training: Onboard new hires, facilitate ongoing education (product knowledge, service protocols, Cherry Financing), and conduct performance check‑ins.
Operations & Administration: Help manage schedules, inventory, and POS systems to keep operations running smoothly.
Financial Oversight: Support daily cash-handling procedures, expense tracking, and budget adherence.
Marketing & Events: Collaborate on in‑spa events, promotions, and social media content that amplify our brand and drive guest engagement.

Skills

Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and continuous improvement
Ability to inspire, mentor, and build up a high‑performing team
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus in our diverse Clifton community
