Sales & Patient Coordinator – Medical Weight Loss & MedSpa
Clifton, NJ | From $20/hr commission | Full time, in person | Saturdays and some evenings required
We're a new physician-supervised weight loss and body contouring clinic in Clifton, and you'll be one of our first hires. You'll meet prospective patients, walk them through our programs, and help them start. If you like helping people and closing with empathy, you'll do well here.
What you'll do
- Run in-person and virtual consultations on GLP-1 programs, body contouring and wellness add-ons
- Present treatment plans and pricing, answer questions and enroll patients
- Follow up fast on new leads, referrals and past consults
- Check patients in, schedule and confirm appointments, and handle intake
- Track leads and conversions in our CRM
- Keep patients engaged, since many stay with us 6-12 months
You're a great fit if you
- Have 1 year in sales, customer service or front desk work (medspa, weight loss, dental or wellness is a big plus)
- Are comfortable discussing pricing and payment plans without being pushy
- Can talk about weight and wellness with sensitivity and zero judgment
- Communicate warmly by phone, text and in person
- Pick up new software quickly
- Speak Spanish (a plus)
Pay and growth
- From $20/hr, commensurate with experience, plus uncapped commission, performance bonuses and program enrollment bonuses
- Paid training on our programs and sales process
- Ground-floor role with room to move into a lead or leadership position

Renew You MedSpa is a new physician-supervised medical weight loss and body contouring clinic in Clifton, NJ, serving Passaic, Bergen and Essex County. We offer personalized GLP-1 weight loss programs (semaglutide and tirzepatide), EMSculpt body contouring, cellulite reduction and 3D body scanning to track real progress. Our goal is to help patients feel confident and supported at every step, and we're building a small, friendly team to do it.
Salary : $20 - $22
