Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Barrington, IL, for a Kitchen Cabinet Specialist. Responsibilities will include working directly with clients to design customized cabinetry solutions, providing excellent customer service, and managing sales processes from initial consultations to closing. The role also involves coordinating with design and construction teams, providing training to clients on cabinetry options, and ensuring that all installations meet the highest quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to provide a seamless and positive client experience.
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including consulting with clients and managing sales processes effectively.
- Experience in Training and guiding clients on product options and installation processes.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
