What You'll Be Doing
As a Front Counter team member, you'll play a key role in making sure every customer leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers warmly as they walk in. - Taking orders accurately and efficiently, whether in person or over the phone. - Handling payments and ensuring transactions are smooth and hassle-free. - Answering questions about our menu and providing recommendations. - Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front counter. - Collaborating with the kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared and delivered promptly.Folding boxes and filling dressings.
