Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our Charleston team. If you enjoy working with your hands, learning about equipment, and helping customers find the right solutions, this is the job for you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist walk-in customers with product selection and purchases
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on pressure washers, replacement parts, and cleaning chemicals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked showroom
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory using point-of-sale systems
- Assist with receiving shipments and restocking shelves
- Support outside sales and service teams as needed
Requirements
- Previous retail or customer service experience (experience with tools or equipment a plus)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
