Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems
- Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, maintaining professional phone etiquette
- Support office management duties such as supply ordering, record keeping, and correspondence
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth workflow and communication
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Experience with office management, clerical tasks, data entry, and filing systems
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk procedures
