Overview
Technologist - Histotechnologist at Temple - FCCC Doylestown Dermatology (Doylestown, PA)

M-F, 40-hr / week, 8:00a-4:30p, and two sites (FCCC-Huntingdon Pike and Doylestown Mohs lab).

Performs all technical and clerical functions in the histology section according to established operating procedures. The technician is responsible to embed, microtomy, H&E stain, frozen section preparation and process special stains for tissue sections.
Education Associates Degree : Medical Lab Technology, Histology, Science or related field or Graduate of a Histology Certificate Program (Required)
Experience 1 Year experience as a Histotechnician (Required)
License/Certifications ASCP - Amer Soc Clinical Pathology (Preferred) _ MOHS ( Micrographic Surgery) experience- Required.

Pay Details:

For locals: $48 - $52/hr

OR

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates W2:

- Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $55.00

- Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,200.00

OR

For Traveller 1099 Candidates:

Blended Hourly Pay Rate (1099): $57.00

Weekly 1099 Traveller Pay Rate: $2,280.00
