- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, engaging in conversations, playing games, and participating in activities to enhance their overall well-being
- Assist with mealtime, including serving, feeding, and cleaning up after meals
- Maintain a safe and clean environment, including reporting any hazards or concerns to management
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure a collaborative care approach
