BARTENDER
Villagio Hospitality Group is growing!
We’re looking for a Bartenders to join our award-winning team and take the lead at Moonsong Bar Café at Tempo by Hilton. This isn’t a traditional bar setup - with no servers, you’ll run the show: mixing drinks, serving light food, and creating an exceptional guest experience from behind the bar.
Experience is preferred, but HOSPITALITY is required!

What You’ll Do:
- Open and close Moonsong Café, ensuring food, beverage, and bar areas are stocked and clean
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, mocktails, and light food from a curated menu
- Take guest orders, handle payments, and manage seating within the café
- Provide warm, engaging service - acting as bartender, server, and host in one
- Educate guests on menu offerings, unique spirits, and pairings
- Monitor and manage responsible alcohol service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all prep areas, bar equipment, and guest seating
- Collaborate with kitchen team to support food prep, restocking, and cleaning
Requirements:
- A professional, energetic, and self-sufficient attitude
- 2 years’ experience as a bartender or in a café/bar/lounge hybrid concept
- Must be 21 years old due to alcohol service
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer, and wine
- Comfortable managing a solo bar—taking orders, preparing food, and serving guests directly
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Must be available for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in both quiet and high-traffic periods
