Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; MUST have OPOTA Certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is advantageous.
- Strong skills in report writing, surveillance, conflict management, and criminal investigation.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a focus on community engagement.
- Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and security protocols.
- Ability to handle animals safely and humanely when necessary.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred but can be obtained post-hire.
