Police Officer

Madison Township Police Department is seeking motivated, professional, and community-focused police officers to join our team.

Compensation

$68,868.80 – $95,284.80 annually

Salary is established by the current FOP Lodge 9 collective bargaining agreement with Madison Township.

Lateral officers may be eligible for placement at a higher step on the pay scale based on prior law enforcement experience and qualifications.

Work Schedule

The current patrol schedule consists of 8-hour shifts.

Applicants must be available to work day, evening, and overnight shifts as required.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Possess a current OPOTA certification
• Possess a valid Ohio driver's license
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Work effectively as part of a team
• Demonstrate sound judgment and a commitment to ethical conduct
• Maintain a professional and community-oriented approach to law enforcement
