Location: Merritt Island, FL
Schedule: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week (in-office only)

- Must have 2 years proven QuickBooks Desktop Inventory experience
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable workflows
- In-office position only — no virtual/remote work
Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile QuickBooks Desktop Inventory records
- Process and track Accounts Payable transactions
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready financial documentation
- Support management with reporting and workflow clarity
- Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance and efficiency
Qualifications
