Job Summary:

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, performing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Process accounts payable
• Maintain general ledger
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Assist with payroll processing
• Support tax preparation and year-end closing
• Maintain and organize financial records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Excel, and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of GAAP and basic accounting principles
