Village Concepts of Enumclaw, High Point Village is seeking a dependable and mature Shift Leader to join our dynamic team as a Lead Dining Room Server.
As a Lead Dining Room Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our residents. If you have a passion for customer service, leadership, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, we encourage you to apply.
- Schedule: FT 11am-7:30pm, Tuesday-Saturday
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example in providing timely and attentive service to residents, addressing any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
- Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills, fostering a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents and guests.
- Train and lead a team of servers, guiding them to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Assist in coordinating shift work flow, ensuring efficient and smooth operations during service hours.
- Collaborate with the dining room staff to set up the dining area before service, ensuring all necessary items are stocked and prepared for residents.
- Support the dining director as required, contributing to overall dining service excellence.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 or older and authorized to work in the US
- Must be able to pass a DSHS background check
