Maintenance Assistant for Assisted Living

• Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 9am-5:30 with occasional flex in hours for special projects.

Essential Duties:

• Perform carpet cleaning and extraction, UTOs, painting, and vacuuming within the community, along with other general physical plant duties.
• Assisting the Maintenance Director with some work orders as directed
• Keeping the grounds and building in good working order
• Preventative maintenance

Job Requirements:

• Must be over 18 and able to pass a DSHS background check.
• Experienced in maintenance or handyman tasks, preferred
• Experience in unit turn overs, painting, carpet care , appreciated
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Possess a valid Washington State Drivers License
