Controller – Key Requirements
- 7–10 years of progressive financial management and accounting experience
- Experience in logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, or supply chain environments strongly preferred
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and financial reporting
- Experience managing cash flow, risk management, and internal controls
- Proficiency with ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to partner with operations teams to drive profitability and cost optimization
- Experience leading and developing finance/accounting teams preferred
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
