Core Responsibilities
- Lead business requirement discovery through stakeholder sessions, workshops, interviews, and user story mapping.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, workflows, and system integrations.
- Design and document technical architectures, system designs, implementation plans, and capability roadmaps.
- Own and support enterprise ERP portfolios with strong cross-functional integration.
- Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
- Support feasibility analysis, scope definition, business cases, testing, and post-implementation validation.
- Guide master data configuration and enterprise integrations.
- Mentor analysts and lead subject matter experts, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage vendor relationships and assess vendor technology roadmaps and portfolio impact.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10 years of IT Business Analyst experience supporting large ERP portfolios.
- Strong expertise in ERP functions and integrations (Finance, Materials Management, Logistics, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries, scripts, data extracts, VLOOKUPs, and data analysis.
- Experience with testing lifecycle (unit testing through UAT).
- Proven experience working across multiple IT teams (integrations, reporting, middleware).
- Strong ability to analyze issues, design solutions, secure business approval, and implement outcomes.
- Experience with enterprise upgrades and M&A system migrations, including third-party systems.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, PDI Enterprise, SAP, or Oracle NetSuite.
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with databases, middleware, and integration technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong business and technical acumen with enterprise architecture exposure.
- Proven track record of driving requirements, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Preferred certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or other Agile certifications.
