Title: Senior Consultant – Transaction Advisory (FDD)

The Challenge:

We’re working with a few consulting firms that are actively scaling their Transaction Advisory (FDD) teams across key U.S. markets. These teams are seeing strong deal flow from mid-market private equity clients and are looking to add Senior Consultants who can operate independently on live engagements.

This isn’t a backfill hire — these are growth-driven roles tied directly to deal volume.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform financial due diligence on buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE), working capital, and net debt
• Build and review financial models to assess deal risks and opportunities
• Prepare client-ready reports for PE funds and corporate acquirers
• Work closely with Managers/Directors on multiple concurrent deals
• Get exposure to different industries (Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, Business Services, etc.)

What They’re Looking For:

1–4 years of experience in:

• Transaction Advisory / FDD
• Big 4 or mid-market advisory firms

Strong understanding of:

• QoE analysis
• Working capital adjustments
• Deal processes

CPA (or progress toward it) is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple deals in a fast-paced environment
