Title: Senior Consultant – Healthcare Transaction Advisory

Overview:
A leading advisory firm is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing Healthcare Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence (FDD) practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact buy-side and sell-side transactions within the healthcare ecosystem, partnering with private equity clients and strategic investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform financial due diligence on healthcare transactions, including analysis of quality of earnings (QoE), working capital, and cash flow
- Analyze financial statements, revenue streams, cost structures, and key operational metrics specific to healthcare businesses
- Identify key risks, deal considerations, and value drivers in transaction scenarios
- Develop and present client-ready reports and insights for private equity firms and corporate clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tax, valuation, and consulting professionals
- Support client interactions and contribute to deal execution in fast-paced environments
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in Transaction Advisory / FDD
- Strong preference for candidates with healthcare industry exposure (providers, payors, pharma, life sciences, or HC services)
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (US GAAP)
- Experience with QoE analysis, EBITDA adjustments, and transaction modeling is a plus
- CPA (or progress toward CPA) preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
