Earn $45-$60 per completed, authorized visit with mileage reimbursement while providing one-on-one nursing care in the home under RN supervision.
Share your recurring PRN availability and realistic coverage area. Assignments depend on patient census, physician orders, clinical fit, agency needs, and your confirmed availability. Coverage expectations are reviewed before hire; visit volume is not guaranteed.

VIGEO reviews ZIP codes, travel expectations, and the primary coverage area before assignments. Visits are grouped geographically whenever possible. Coverage outside the agreed area is reviewed before assignment and depends on your acceptance and agency needs.
