We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Program Management
- Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
- Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
ServiceNow Delivery & Implementation
- Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules such as:
- ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management)
- HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
- CSM (Customer Service Management)

- Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and admins
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
- Manage upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
- 10 years of experience in IT project management
- 3 5 years managing ServiceNow implementations
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and data model
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
Project Management Skills
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
- Strong experience with tools like:
- Jira / Azure DevOps
- MS Project / Smartsheet
