- CMDB, CI relationships & data governance
- ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, basic Business Rules
- IT Project Management (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall, SDLC)
- IT Operations / Infrastructure environment
- ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping (preferred)
- Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects
- Handle incident triaging, reporting & coordination
- Ensure CMDB accuracy and governance
- Work closely with stakeholders and business teams
- Manage risks, timelines, and multiple projects
