Project Manager – ServiceNow

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong ServiceNow expertise to lead the delivery of enterprise ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Management

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow project delivery (planning, execution, monitoring, closure)
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Manage Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget
  
  

ServiceNow Delivery & Implementation

• Oversee implementation of ServiceNow modules such as:
• ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change Management)
• ITOM (Discovery, Event Management)
• HRSD (HR Service Delivery)
• CSM (Customer Service Management)
• Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and admins
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance
• Manage upgrades, integrations, and enhancements
  

Experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in IT project management
• 3–5 years managing ServiceNow implementations
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs)
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and data model
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  
  

Project Management Skills

• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies
• Strong experience with tools like:
• Jira / Azure DevOps
• MS Project / Smartsheet
• Risk, budget, and resource management
  

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making ability
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
