EXPERIENCED FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE & INSPECTION TECHNICIANS

We are Victory Fire Protection, an industry leader for over 30 years. Our skilled team provides fire sprinkler systems installation and service to commercial and residential properties throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
We are seeking EXPERIENCED FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE & INSPECTION TECHNICIANS to join our Service and Inspections Division.

RESPONSIBILITIES FOR EXPERIENCED FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE & INSPECTION TECHNICIANS
- Professionally represent Victory Fire Protection on all job sites
- Service, repair, and inspect fire sprinkler systems, valves, and accessories
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
- Order parts and complete installation to applicable standard
- Maintain detailed documentation for work performed
- Update manager on progress, material, tool needs, and customer requests
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures
- Work occasional overtime as required
- Work nights or weekends on rotating basis for emergency service calls
- Assure company vehicle is in working order, clean, organized, and stocked w/ supplies/tools
QUALIFICATIONS FOR EXPERIENCED FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE & INSPECTION TECHNICIANS
- Minimum of 5 years of Fire Sprinkler Systems Inspections/NFPA 25 experience
- Knowledge of NFPA 13D, 13R, 13
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must exhibit integrity and honesty
- Ability to adapt behavior in different situations, remaining flexible in approach towards coworkers and customers
- Service experience, backflow preventer testing, rebuild, and repair certification a plus
- (Preferred, but not required) NICET I OR II Inspection and Testing of Water-based systems a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Must understand fire sprinkler codes, technical data, and installation instructions
- Capable of servicing Wet, Dry, Pre-action, and Deluge Systems, Electric, and Diesel Fire Pumps
- Proficient with mobile technology (Smartphone / Tablet / Email / Texting)
- Capable of performing physical duties – bending, twisting, and stooping - oftentimes in unusual and difficult positions
- Frequently use hands for repetitive, fine manipulation
- Adapt to temperature changes, heights, and small or confined spaces
- Ability to work in elevated positions on a ladder, scaffold, or lift
- Able to work more than 40 hours per week
- Frequently be able to lift 50 lbs. safely and independently
- Willing to commute within a 50-75 mile radius of headquarters in Pottstown, PA
- Able to produce a valid Driver’s License and have a clean driving record
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Experience:
- NFPA 13D, 13R, 13: 5 years (Preferred)
- Fire Sprinkler Inspections/NFPA 25: 5 years (Required)
- Fire Sprinkler Service/Repair: 5 years (Required)
License/Certification:
- Backflow Certification (Preferred)
- Driver's License with clean MVR (Required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Montgomery County, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
