Locker Room Attendant Job Description
Position: Locker Room Attendant
Supervisor: Locker Room Manager
Reports To: Head Golf Professional
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic person to join our locker room team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of all outside golf services, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clean, maintain, and ensure a professional appearance for the men’s and ladies locker room facilities.
- Assist Members and guests with food and beverage needs, shoe cleaning, shower/restroom upkeep, etc.
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the Locker Room Manager.
- Works in various weather conditions, including sun, rain, and wind.
- Regularly operates a golf cart in safe manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in golf operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Candidate must be ABC certified in Delaware. The club will pay for the ABC certification course.
- Bar tending experience preferred but not required.
Schedule:
This position is open to full-time and part-time opportunities allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments.
Job Requirements:
The Locker Room Attendant is regularly required to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted. This individual is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers and operate a golf cart.
Salary : $17 - $18
