Outside Golf Services Attendant Job Description
Position: Outside Golf Services Attendant
Supervisor: Outside Golf Services Manager
Reports To: Head Golf Professional
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Outside Golf Services team. The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service while helping create a welcoming experience for our Members and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist Members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Clean, maintain, and ensure a professional appearance for golf carts and all practice facilities.
- Assist Members and guests with club cleaning services and transporting golf bags as needed.
- Work closely with fellow team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with the Outside Golf Services Manager.
- Works in various weather conditions, including sun, rain, and wind.
- Regularly operates a golf cart in a safe manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in golf operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license.
Schedule:
This position is open to full-time and part-time opportunities allowing for a balance between work and personal commitments.
Job Requirements:
The Outside Golf Services Attendant is regularly required to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted. This individual is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers and operate a golf cart.
Salary : $16 - $17
