Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Mon–Fri | Regular business hours
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 base salary

You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for our customers, guiding every order from quote to delivery. This is ownership-focused work: you keep customers informed, coordinate across every viaPhoton team, and make sure each order arrives on time. And when something slips, you're the one with a plan.

About the Role
You'll be the day-to-day point of contact for our customers, guiding every order from quote to delivery. This is ownership-focused work: you keep customers informed, coordinate across every viaPhoton team, and make sure each order arrives on time. And when something slips, you're the one with a plan.
- Support customers from first quote to final delivery, processing quotes and purchase orders accurately and on time
- Serve as the customer's single point of contact across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Logistics
- Communicate delivery timelines, order status, and updates proactively so customers always know what to expect
- Monitor deliverables across the business, including manufacturing partners, to keep orders on schedule, and offer clear alternatives when something slips
- Take ownership of the customer experience, resolving issues quickly and following through to the end
- Bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple orders and deadlines
- Bring a strong sense of ownership, with a bias toward action and follow-through
- Are comfortable learning new systems quickly, including ERP platforms
- Have experience in customer service, order management, or account coordination (a plus)
