About the Role
You'll lead our shipping and receiving operations — overseeing a team of 7 and partnering with production, freight carriers, and customer-facing teams to keep products moving. You'll set quality standards, run accurate inventory, and lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is a hands-on supervisor role for someone who can both run the day-to-day and develop the team.

About the Role
You'll lead our shipping and receiving operations — overseeing a team of 7 and partnering with production, freight carriers, and customer-facing teams to keep products moving. You'll set quality standards, run accurate inventory, and lead by example on the warehouse floor. This is a hands-on supervisor role for someone who can both run the day-to-day and develop the team.
- Lead a team of 7 shipping and receiving staff — communicate expectations, recognize wins, and drive continuous improvement
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including personnel, stock moves, and accurate inventory
- Coordinate with Production to prioritize shipments based on customer requirements and production schedules
- Manage freight carriers and logistics providers, ensuring accurate shipping documentation and timely transportation
- Establish quality metrics for inbound and outbound deliveries, and inspect received items to flag any discrepancies
- Complete accurate ERP transactions and partner with Customer Success, Project Managers, and Planners to meet delivery commitments
- Have proven shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Can lead, motivate, and develop a team on the warehouse floor
- Know shipping regulations, customs procedures, and international supply chain logistics
- Are proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting
- Can safely operate warehouse machinery like pallet jacks and stand-up forklifts
- Are organized and detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
