- Can perform basic polishing operations such as blasting, deburring and buffing
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 1-3 years experience in a manufacturing industry
- Ability to read, interpret and understand blueprints.
- Ability to work with small precision parts to very close tolerances.
- Capability to use basic inspection tools and techniques.
- Capacity to understand and follow through with verbal or written instructions. Good understanding of shop math.
- Proficient with interpersonal relations, organization and communication skills.

- Blasters
- Light work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Sitting for 8 hours per day.
