Production Lead II

Via Seating is hiring a Production Lead II to support the Value Stream Supervisor on our 1st Shift team! If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in building quality products, and wants a stable, full-time schedule with 3-day weekends—this could be a great fit.  Our Production Lead II's support the Value Stream Supervisors in increasing the ratio of value to non-value added activities and eliminating waste in the overall production and supply chain from start to finish for a defined product family. They are also responsible for ensuring the value stream of 8 - 30 employees under their leadership either meets or exceeds customer requirements.  Production Lead II's need to have sound hand-eye coordination and be able to cope with moderate physical effort.  All Production Lead positions are non-safety sensitive positions.

• In addition to a starting rate of $25.00/hour, Via also provides up to $900.00 per month for each employee toward their elected benefits as well as employer sponsored life insurance of $25K.  Our comprehensive benefits package begins the 1st day of the month following your hire date!
• We offer 10 paid holidays per year starting immediately.  We offer a 4% 401(k) match at 90 days with immediate vesting!!
• Our First Shift works Monday – Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM with Overtime on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
