As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our Tucson Foothills community. Under the direction of the Facility Director, you will travel between the 6 homes that make up our Tucson Foothills community, cleaning resident rooms and common areas.
This role is ideal for someone with prior housekeeping experience, particularly in a commercial, healthcare, hospitality, or residential care setting, who is looking for stability and growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and hallways to maintain a safe and welcoming environment
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and delivering linens
- Maintain inventory of cleaning and laundry supplies and report shortages to management
- Assist with cleaning schedules to ensure all areas are serviced regularly
- Respond promptly to cleaning or laundry requests from residents, staff, and family members
- Uphold safety, sanitation, and infection control standards at all times
- Properly handle cleaning chemicals and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of relevant housekeeping experience
- Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or commercial settings preferred
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (Via Elegante can assist)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Memory Care Certification (required or willingness to obtain)
