We are expanding our team and seeking Certified Caregivers III/Med Techs who share our commitment to dignity, respect, and excellence in resident care.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care & Wellness

• Provide compassionate assistance and personal care while promoting independence and honoring resident choice.
• Conduct routine wellness monitoring and proactively respond to resident needs.
  
  

Health Support & Documentation

• Perform and record vital signs, blood glucose checks, and routine health assessments.
• Assist with toileting, incontinence care, mobility support, transfers, and use of assistive devices.
  
  

Activities of Daily Living

• Support residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and repositioning to ensure comfort and prevent complications.
• Provide dignified and compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
  
  

Medication & Nutritional Care

• Assist with medication management in alignment with certification and regulatory guidelines.
• Support residents with eating and hydration, including specialized feeding needs when applicable.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Arizona Caregiver Certification
• Valid Arizona Memory Care Certification
• Current Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current CPR and First Aid Certifications
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
• TB test (provided if needed)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine passion for serving older adults
  
  

Available Schedules

Day Shift (7:00 AM – 7:30 PM)

Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
