What We're Looking For In a Certified Caregiver
To excel as a Certified Caregiver at Via Elegante in our Sierra Vista Highlands community, you will need a combination of specialized skills and certifications. A valid Arizona Caregiver Certification is a state requirement for this role. In addition, a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card and an Arizona Memory Care Certification are also required. Your qualifications should also include a valid in-person CPR and First Aid Certification through the Red Cross or American Heart Association, along with proof of a negative TB test, which can also be facilitated by our team.

- If you are a CNA or an LNA you will still need to take a 16 hour Bridge course to get your Caregiver Certification prior to being employed.
