Job Title: Product Manager
Location: Fort Worth, TX – Hybrid
Type: Long term contract
MUST NEED ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATE (ONLY LOCAL TX CANDIDATE)
Candidate will be required to follow the Hybrid schedule day 1 onsite (Tues. Wed & Thurs).
Interview process will be 2 rounds, one virtual and the second is onsite.

While this is a hybrid role, handling product and execution responsibilities, we are looking for a product-minded professional
They should be comfortable aligning stakeholders, defining strategy for the engagement team, and partnering with the Product Owner and engineers through execution.
The ideal candidate thinks in terms of

· As well as timely project delivery within an Agile organization.
Minimum Qualifications
Ø Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology & Information Systems, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
Ø experience in Digital Product Management, Product Ownership, Agile Business Analysis, Agile Project Management, or related disciplines.
Ø Experience owning customer-facing digital experiences from concept through delivery.
Ø Experience leading Agile product teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Ø Experience with digital commerce & retail, loyalty programs, or payments.
Ø Familiarity with SEO and digital customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
Ø Experience within Airline, Travel, Hospitality, or related industries.
Ø Experience collaborating with multiple external vendors, agencies, and implementation partners.
Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Product Management certification is a plus.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Project Management certification is a plus.
Experience creating products in complex technical spaces with multiple computing platforms, such as legacy mainframe, web & cloud hosting, API integrations, and SaaS products.
Experience collaborating with product engineers using DevOps methodologies, including Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), as well as project and requirements management software.
Experience using analytics and customer insights platforms to gather the data to inform product decisions.
Skills in team building and leadership, bringing high energy and a positive attitude to relationships with internal and groups who are geographically dispersed.
Able to clearly communicate complex business and technical concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
