Position Overview

As the Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the community. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality resident care, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and employee engagement while fostering a culture centered on excellence and compassion.

You'll partner closely with residents, families, physicians, team members, and community stakeholders to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and empowered.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all day-to-day community operations
• Promote exceptional resident care and service excellence
• Lead, coach, and develop department leaders and staff
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, referral partners, and healthcare providers
• Monitor operational and financial performance metrics
• Manage budgets and resources effectively
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and team development efforts
• Implement initiatives that support organizational goals and continuous improvement
• Represent Brookestone View within the local community and professional networks

Qualifications

• Current Nursing Home Administrator license preferred
• Previous Administrator experience preferred
• Strong understanding of skilled nursing operations and regulatory requirements
• Proven success leading teams and developing leaders
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Strong business, financial, and operational management abilities
• Commitment to delivering exceptional resident and employee experiences
